RCC framed structure with outer 9" Brick wall and inner 4.5" brick wall & walls will plastered with cement mortar. Ground floor base height is 2’0” from the existing ground level.

The main door frame will be of teak wood(2nd Qlty) and readymade paneled door. All other doors and windows frames will be of country wood. The door shutter will be of good quality company make flush doors. Window shutters will be of good quality of country wood with 4mm thick plain glass and MS grills. For main door, other doors and balconies Ms grills shall not be provided.

The cooking platform top shall be with granite slab (black color) in shortest span with SS sink.

One loft and one cub-board neces (Brick wall only) shall be provided in each bedroom and in kitchen. Wood work shall not be provided.

Plumbing shall be of concealed type with good quality PVC Pipes G.I. Pipes will be used only for hot water. All bathrooms shall have good quality C.P. Fittings (Metro or Equivalent) .Sanitary fittings shall be of good quality white in color (Hind ware, Parry ware or equivalent).

Three phase concealed wiring with good quality copper wire with switches(Anchor or equivalent). Electrical fittings will not be provided.
