Inner carpet area shall be provided with 16" x 16" Ceramic tiles with 3" skirting. Bathroom room flooring shall be of 8" x 8" Ceramic plain or antiskid tiles.  Car parking area shall be with cement granolithic flooring.

Bathroom  wall shall be of good quality Gujarat made tiles  of size 12" x 8 " up to 7' height and  in kitchen 2' height above Kitchen platform and Dining  2'0 height  above  wash basin shall be provided .

Inner and Outer painting with one coat white janatha cem primer and two coats of supercem (or equivalent). Main door shall be with polishing other doors and windows shall be with one coat primer, patty and two coats synthetic enamel. ( Asian, Nerolac, or equilvant ).

Brick Lime Surky with hydraulic pressed tiles.

Staircase shall be provided with mosaic (or equivalent) steps with 2” thick brick Handrails.
